Rear bearings thickness

Does anyone know the correct thickness of conical rear bearings for J150 Nubira (MY 2000 no ABS) ?
I found inner bearings of 14.73mm(FAG) or 14.22mm(other brands)
and outer bearings of 14.61mm(FAG) or 13.84mm(other brands).

Does this total of 1.28mm difference matters?
