Astra GSi front brakes on Nexia

Post by LordMMX »

Hi guys,
I have basic question for all of you. Will Astra GSi front brakes fit without any problem on Daewoo Nexia? Or do I have to modify something? I have complete front brakes, so I want to swap it as a LEGO bricks.

Are Astra GSi brakes different from Kadett GSi or are they the same?

THANK YOU ALL
Daewoo Nexia born in 1996 in South Korea. DOHC Engine was used as heart for this little girl. She's got cute green metalic painting. She's fully equiped with abs, airbag, AC, parking sensors, etc. :)

swap is as LEGO bricks indeed... but you have to have at least 14" rims and you have to fit the 22mm brake master cylinder

You don't have to fit the 22mm master cylinder, I didn't anyway... Lol

Actually I have swapped them already, they fitted in like a charm :) . I have 14" rims. Had some problems with pipes (were old so had to replace them all)

Blue one is from Astra.

fitting the 22mm master will shorten the pedal travel so much... you better do it man

I'll do it when I go to rear discs

When I tried to change the MC last time, the flange nuts just rounded like they were made from butter (even with the proper flange nut spanner)
