Swap integrated hub/drum for seperate components

Post by ahas »

Hi all

I have a 97 daewoo espero which has the integrated rear hub/brake drum fitted. The drums are now worn past the maximum diameter & the new price is astromical.

According to the local holden dealer, the model came out with 2 versions of rear hubs/drums, integrated or seperate components.

Does anyone know if i would have a problem swapping out the integrated hub/drum for seperate hub/drums

Also can anyone tell me what other models are compatible with the 97 espero (might help with phoning around for parts if I can quote multiple models)

Given your talking about Holden I assume your in Australia.

I would imagine the Holden Astra ( 1995-98 ) should have compatible parts but I can't be 100% sure because I'm not that familiar with the Espero
