but when i jammed the brakes sometimes even with the emergency brake all the way up and hit the gas, the car still inches up even at 2000rpms, so i stop and say, its moving....

You wear your brakes more by stopping at a stop sign in a 30mph zone. There is almost no wear on them at all when you inch up.

Constant hard stopping from high speeds is what wears the bakes more than anything ... such as in a rally environment ... or inner city driving ... pretty close to each other, aren't they? LOL

Inching up a little isn't going to really do anything to the brakes.
Locked
