T20/T22...intake manifold flange

i now have the flange for a custom intake maifold.

you can request any thickness or matterial (aluminum, mild steel or stainless)

the prices are going to be the same as the header flange, $65US for mild and $80US for stainless, aluminum has yet to be priced.

Hey that's awesome... Will the price go down if bought in bulk? I am trying to design some manifolds to market but have been lacking on the flange area.

BTW, what motor do you have them for?

He's got the ability to do any Daewoo engine (I'm speaking for Garrett because I'm doing a lot of his design work for some other manifolding).

the flanges that i have available are the...

• exhaust and intake for the 1.8/2.0/2.0 DOHC from the Forenza, Reno, Nubira, Leganza, Lacetti
• exhaust for the 1.8/2.0 SOHC from the Lemans, Sunbird, Grand Am, Cav... (may fit the SOHC 1.5 as well, not sure)
• T3 and T2 flange
• TB from the above listed DOHC's
• i am working on intake and exhaust flanges for the 1.6 DOHC from the Aveo/Lanos.

like Kenny said, i can do just about any flange and or gasket but it might be easier to have Danny(kinky), Kenny(audacity) or myself do the manifolds for you, especially if you're interested in intake manifolds.

Interested in the Aveo Flanges when they become available...

If I had you guys do the manifold, then I wouldn't get the originality credits for it, lol... I have my own design that has worked on other cars I have designed it for, so going for this one...

the 1.6 header flange is ready and I'll post pics today or tomorrow. right now I'm finishing up the 4-2-1 header and once that is done I'll be starting on a turbo header for most models.

by the way where you referring to the exhaust or intake flange?

I haven't cut the inlet flange yet but I do have the CAD file ready to. sorry I haven't posted pics yet of the header flange the file got 0.120" out of scale so I'll have to cut another but I have to say this is my favorite header flange so far.
