Here's some updated pictures.

Still needs somethings, A mate from the Astra-mk2.com forum is helping me out with the wing, vents and foglights.

Sorry for the flat tire.

The car has a 1.6 8v right now, still bulding the old XE.

The left side headlight is dead (hence dark on the inside), once it has the spoiler and the euro rear lights it will look better, but the front looks good on these cars.

Just made this little base for the engine.

The XE is only short off hydraulic lifters and the timing belt tensioner.

Next step is to fabricate the turbo manifold, going to use an SR20 one as a base, cut the flange and align the runners to the XE one.

I will probably be getting rid of my Lemans GSE chassis, so I will have some spare parts if you need them. I was planning on putting my C20GET into it, but my plans have recently changed. Unfortunately, I think the timing belt just went out on my Sport Lanos - it died on me while driving and made the tell-tale sound of a stripped belt when I cranked it over. Still need to have a shop assess the damage, though, but I'm not very optimistic.

Anyway, let me know if there are any cosmetics bits that you need to finish up the your Lemans ...
