Hi, I do not copy anybody, this is my own project ;) But the fact is that there are some parts that are the same as you have ;)

The manifold, downpipe and exhaust are designed exclusively for this engine and its power, thus I hope it will work.

Spec.: Garrett GT2871r, WISECO + CARILLO K1, ARP, REINZ, F28 gearbox + QUAIFE, Siemens Mototron 630 ccm, etc.

Currently, I have no idea in what time I will be able to run 1/4 of mile :?:

630cc siemens.. :D

I was just kidding... :)

Why didn't put GT3071R with external WG? As I can see you are going over 400HP.. 8) Internall WG is too erratic, and wouldn't work well on higher boosts..

What is the car weight? I'm guessing under 12.5s ET, maybe less than 12.0s on M/T tires and rubber stripes...

a bit off topic but i gotta ask... can we use that front engine mount bracket on a 2.0 nubira engine and drop it into a lanos???... i know the lanos and the nexia got the same rubber front engine mount so this seems like a "no fabrication" solution for a 2.0 lanos project.

Hey, sorry to jack the thread but before too much more is said about the a 2.0 in a lanos, the motor mount brackets are different in the Nubira and Lanos. You have to use a specific bracket to do this swap.

The weight is approx. 1000 kg (2200 pounds) and the appropriate tyres are ready ;)

Hi, Pete.

It is not an easy pie to swap the engines, especially 2.0 turbo (c20let) engine has many particularities that must be resolved - considering that the original engine is only 90 HP (the new one is almost 400 HP). However, I have a great team of people who help me with my project here in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

The front bumper is "home-made", however it is based on the original one, the lower part is from Lanos - you can buy it in Czech Republic and/or Poland.

Cheers. Ivan

ok then cheers, the engine i am putting in though, will be the 2 litre N/A (without the turbo). its only 150bhp, so do you reckon it will be an easier swap?
you have done a great job on the bumper! is there any website in europe that do sell bodykits and aftermarket stuff for the neixa? in the uk we are very limited!!
cheers
