ups sorry about power steering

thats a big concern for me

the down pipe for a turbo in my car will be very close to the power steering pump and the AC compressor

right know the AC is not due to not having gas

but here is hot all the year and AC y a must in every car

by far your car look good is it running right now ?

soon.. the weather here is average below 30'f most of the year so i need no ac

when you have a mani built, have them put the turbo more out towards the center of the car and not so close to the ac and ps

i grew up in souther cali.. near palm springs so i know what hot is.. we had some summer days that were 115'+ and if it was that hot here i would think about keeping the ac but i would get an electric ac pump (if they make them. if not i will!!!) and use that but im not concered right now as there is still snow in the mountains

maybe if you cut a part in the front bumper bar just enough to get the FMIC up so it fits perfect on the oem body

Some info on the MAP sensor issues. You can use a 2-bar map sensor and larger injectors and get it pretty close for the stock pcm. Here's why:

The 1-bar MAP sensor goes from full vacuum to 0 vacuum over the range of 0-5v.
The 2-bar MAP sensor goes from full vacuum to 14.7psi boost over the same range of 0-5v.

So at 2.5v, the 1-bar is at approx. atmoshperic pressure (here in Atlanta, GA at 900ft above sea level, a 1-bar usually shows ~2.33V).

At the same 2.5v, the 2-bar will be at 0 vacuum. You can trick the pcm by using the larger injectors and reducing the MAP voltage by using the 2-bar MAP. I don;t know what size the stock injectors are, but with the new intercooler, I suppose you'll be looking for 12-15psi. If so, you will need at least a 50% larger injector (or more) which will make the use of a 2-bar MAP nearly perfect. You already mentioned you have a SAFC, so that will enable you to fine tune the MAP voltage for the size injectors you are running.

I suggest no less than a 350cc injector for safe operation.
