Post by daewooluvr »

Hey guys,
Here's a link to my first Lanos: (I miss it)

Here's a link to my current Lanos: (Tony Cliffton would be proud) (for those that don't know who Tony Cliffton is click here)

I figured I'd consolidate everything in one post.

I haven't decided on a shroud yet. I can either purchase one or fabricate one.

I like these shrouds:

I'd have to double check everything to make sure they'd fit.

The ones I have are bi-xenon which means they're for both high and low beams.

Oh sweet!

Is the high beam as good as regular halogen?

Can't wait to get them installed. Unfortunately I have to get the car running again first.

Also, I'm thinking about doing some daytime running lights like the Audi R8

What do ya think?

I have a ton of LEDs but they're all 5mm focused beam. For this I might need some 10mm wide dispersement beams.

I'll do some more research into it.

Yep, I swapped the suspension before I got rid of the white car. Yeah Eibach says it's 1.2" but it's actually a bit lower than that. I have about 2.75" clearance in front with my stock rims on. About 3" with the 17" rims.

Ended up replacing both ball joints and outer tie rod ends.

Got some "new" wheels.
