if you mean tail light tinting then it is allowed... window tinting is not as long as you can't see whats in the car.

some people do it anyways and face the trouble with the authorities, Aymoon got his lisince suspended for tinting the windows and he had to remove it so practically it is legal as long as you are not caught.

yeah i have the same taillights and they suck they are th ughliest thing ive ever seen, but the tinted ones look nice! i really like!
