I recommend Magnaflow CATs by far. For me it was smaller and lighter than stock. Took out a tad bit of raspyness, and of course improved performance.

i cant find any for the lanos is their any that will fit it

they're universal, if you're not going for larger diameter piping then just get a Center In / Center Out for the stock diameter exhaust.

i put a 2.25" on my lemans, made a big difference in power and also able to pass emissions

Does your car have two CATS, or did it from factory?

I'm in the process of putting togather full exhaust system for forenza/reno owners and it only has one HI-flow CAT. My car seams to pass emissions but not everyone is
