Is check engine light ON?
I've read in the past that sometime the ECU need to be reprogrammed to fix high idle problem.

I don't mean idle learn.
It's ECU fix: http://www.fixya.com/cars/t1283756-daew ... eally_high . I don't know what is really done. If it's a software bug it should IMHO be done for free.

I don't mean the problem comes for sure from ECU. And it is unlikely to be done without dealer scan tool and access to official information.

Have you chased all other sources of high idle symptoms?
-new idle valve or at least be confident in its ability to move in/out.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vkmtWusewOM take care to put a stop at 28mm!
-intake air leaks
-poor connexions
