i'm planing to put a c20xe in lanos with 1.4 se engine, so i wonder will 2.0 fit on lanos transmission?

Your Lanos chassis is based on an Astra MK2 only thing you will need is an appropriate engine mount ( one for C20XE in MK2 astra ) and everything else should drop into place.
