P0300 engine code problem

Post by blue4renza »

My engine light flashes every time I am on the high way going about 60 mph. I replaced my spark plugs and wires. Should i replace my ignition coil pack. Any suggestions on what it can be. Thanks

I think the flashing check engine light is for an engine misfire. it will reset as soon as you cycle the car ignition on and off. Mine did that at higher speeds, on long trips. i did the plugs, wires, and it still occasionally happened but when I got the Camshaft Position Sensor changed, i haven't had one since. Good luck

I sent for a brand new ignition coil should be here around Saturday or Monday, still gonna take the car to be checked afterward if it still flashed. I hope the coil fixes the problem

you should have said something! I have a brand new ignition coil in my garage. i got one a while ago when I was having a misfire problem. It turned out being a fuel filter, even though I had just changed the fule filter a few miles earlier!
