plastic!!!???
I ordered a new waterpump for my daewoo lanos (1999 1.6L). It was a duralast awp9260. When it came in it had a plastic.impeller with vains at a quarter of the length. Anyone else have this type pump installed? Possible factory mistake?

the only reason I can think of why they have quarter length vains is to reduce cavitation

Re-ordered and got one like the OEM with full length metal vains. Sent the other one back.
