2001 daewoo lanos! got cold now won't start please help!

My lanos started and ran fine until it got really cold outside. The battery is fin along with altenator I replaces spark plugs. It has power fuel spark and it turns over! Just won't start I need help. I had no coolant in it just water when it froze but I have now put coolant in it after ice melted. Still won't start

Maybe a snapped t-belt due to a frozen water pump at starting attempt?
Check through oil filler hole if camshaft rotates when cranking engine.

Its turns and tbelt is fine just replaced along with water pump. Idk what to do
