When standing at the front of the car looking at the throttle body, there are two wire plugs going to sensors on the TB... right/passenger side is the ICV
left/driver side is the TPS

I'm almost certain it's going to be a problem with the ICV not opening in time when coming to a stop and that is causing it to stall out.

The hesitation could still be vacuum or TPS or egr or something else etc. etc...
