Re: The longest Thread ever!!!
I will be honest, I don't know what I have anymore, it fills a 24 X 30 ft garage at the moment as I have just lost my storage space when I sold our second manufacturing facility last week ( I had about 3000sqft for car parts ) I have lemans parts ( taken apart 2 or 3 ) I have sunbird parts ( took ap...

Re: The longest Thread ever!!!
Or should I move to Canada instead! How about I move to DR instead ! Seriously, you would freeze your ass off if you came here, you would have to live in southern Ontario or you would be a frozen Efrainsicle. This week my daughter had a soccer game, it was 8 degrees Celcius and 40 kph wind. Being t...

Congratulations on both accounts ( soon to be lanos purchase + that wedding thing )
All kidding aside, it sounds like you have things going your way, I'm sure the right car will find you at the right time.

Re: Lemans/Kadett Project status: ACTIVE
If you were close I could give you enough interior/exterior parts to build three cars, it's unfortunate that the shipping would cost more than the value of the parts.

Re: Turbo Optra - Now on tuned Haltech @ 225whp
Hopefully this summer I will get a chance to put the built 2.0L into either my Lanos chassis or my Opel Calibra chassis. I'd love to put it into the Calibra, but the transfer case may explode once I pass 325hp-375hp range. I'm thinking I should be able to manage 375lbft to 400lbft with 22psi then in...

Re: Turbo Optra - Now on tuned Haltech @ 225whp
Just for interest sake, I have put the two dyno graphs of U20SED turbo's together.
Both are 10psi max boost, the GSi also had a level of progressive boost. Main differences are turbo size ( T3 Super 60 ) and the major porting + 5 angle grind on the GSi head

Re: Turbo Optra - Now on tuned Haltech @ 225whp
Hey Chris, I'm not sure what you mean by my dyno graph stopping at 5400rpm? The posted graph goes until 6800rpm .... maybe its too wide and part of it is off your screen ? I was viewing it on an IPAD, so it must have cut it off. On my widescreen 56" computer monitor the graph goes up to 6600 RPM. Y...

Re: A little more confusion. Arp bolts
I know it's been a while, did you figure this out?
I was thinking GSE_Turbo had the ARP bolts listed in his area of the forum under one of the product listings

Re: Such low forum activity!
So now that I know the limit for number of emails at one time, I have sent out an email to all users that were active after August 2013 and have made one or more posts during that timeframe. Here is the list, if anyone sees someone that they would like me to email ( missing from the list due to last...

Re: Such low forum activity!
I just discovered this, a problem is that the mail server of the hosting doesnt allow to send more 150 emails per hour, more than that and its a reject. So is a pain in the ass, What I will try to do (over the weekend) is to get the email list directly from the database and look for a provider for ...

Re: Turbo Optra - Now on tuned Haltech @ 225whp
dyno run looks nice and smooth, we're you running progressive boost to keep the torque locked in around 200 ? I was sure that your hair dryer would spool up at way lower rpm, seems like your up around 3300 rpm before you get the turbo really moving. with the T3-super 60 the GSI engine was spooling u...
