I would say back-side... kinda opposite where your power steering pump is. That puts it just above the steering rack. As for the belts, you may be able to use an existing belt, or order a specific length belt, but it must be the same groove pattern. Easiest way is to measure what you think is right ...

Mounting bracketry
Piggyback or standalone ECU
Wideband AF sensor and meter
Custom belts
Boost gauge
etc etc etc

Might want to enforce moderation... and allow us to actually moderate at that
