How about a short in the wiring harness that involves the lights???? If its drawing large amounts of power through your switch it will get hot and start to be hard/crunch inside. You might not be able to feel the heat on the exterior of the switch if it's in short bursts of high current. It's like ...

How much is the spark plug cover going to run?

Headlight switch is broken again, brand new one too. So how is this possible? It has got to be the wiring before the switch right? It's weird because it gets stiff too like it's mechanical as well as electrical Well maybe it's not the switch...when I unplug the whole switch the highs/lows still won...

Strange thing is I'm almost positive my old 04 forenzas D20 had them tapped. I think this D20 was from an 06 forenza/reno

would they fit, without having to roll the fenders? and do you have a shot of how much they stick out,thnx Is your car lowered? If it's stock then they might fit without rolling. here is where the water supply for the turbo should be tapped, there is more pressure here than the back side o fthe head where it was before. I tapped two 1/4" pipe thread holes, both spots are just as good but I like the one by the bolt hole becase there is more material fo rthe threads. You tapp...
