Hey Wessock.....I was reading and somewhere in one of the topics someone said that they were getting those codes and they bent the sensor so that it was closer to the camshaft and it fixed the problem. they had replaced theirs a few times too. I am not familiar with where it is or how it works but I...

I gotcha Wessock. I think I read that entry on the "puffy floor" problem. I haven't had a leak since the A/C drain problem. I have not changed my camshaft sensor but have not had a code for about 9 months, since I accidently found out about that heat thing. I tried it with and without fan, different...

My problem seems to be the exact opposite of yours Buddha102. mine only happens when it gets hot, and not all the time. Like i said, heat off the floor and it doesn't seem to happen. it does seem to be a comptuer/sensor problem since it resets after i shut the car off and restart. It acts like the t...

Yes, thanks Wessock. After I had the A/C wet floor problem I removed the carpet and exposed all the wiring and put a fan in there and dried everything out for DAYS! that was a year ago, so it should be good. You're right, that foam soaked up lots of water. I am not sure if that Camshaft Sensor code ...

Jimmy, Where is the throttle position sensor located? mine does not do this all the time, only after being driven for some time (>45' or so). If it happens, all I have to do is pull over, turn off the car, restart and I will be good to go again for a while! I figured it was some type of sensor or co...

I don't know about the tranny cooler. I don't know if this car has it or not. Is it a separate system from the engine cooling system? As far as the wet floor..... that problem was fixed a couple of years ago thanks to you guys!!! I had the problem with the air conditioner drain and fixed that. the f...

'00 Lanos leaking oil valve cover gasket
Has anyone ever replaced their valve cover gasket on a 1.6 Lanos? Is it a do-it-yourselfer job? I'm not terribley mechanically inclined, but I can turn a wrench and it appears to be something I can get at. Also, can you get the gasket from Daewoo on line? thanks in advance.

LANOS TRANSMISSION/SENSOR PROBLEM
OK guys, I need some help. You have helped me in the past with A/C issues and other problems. If I have an issues this is the first place I go. My 2000 Lanos automatic shifts like a dream, until I drive about an hour or so and it starts to "clunk" in the gears. If I stop the car, shut off the engine...
