@ which PSI stock injectors stop working ? our stock injector could stop working @ over 80psi of fuel pressure. our injector is the ball and socket style. a ball lifts of a seat due to an electromagnetic action. if pressure is too high, the force of the electromagnet cant lift the ball off the seat...

your unclamped map is your peoblem. my car was doing the jerking thing when i hit boost. get some check valves or a missing link check valve. 50psi is not too bad, but why have that at idle with stock injectors? at what rate is the regulator increasing the pressure? if 12:1 which is usually common, ...

its all about prefrence. you can install it close to the intake, close to the turbo outlet, or in the middle. it really dont matter. what matter is the responce time you want. if you want acurate ( fast responce) psi control, you want is closer to the turbo outlet. if you want a slower responce and ...

for the car cutting out: remove the rrfmu, run the car, does it do the same thing? if No, problem solved, you incresaing the fuel pressure too much that the injectors cant open. if yes, check you map sensor, is it clamped( can see boost)? if no, problem solved(fix it) now you can try the rrfmu again...

UPDATE: the engine is in the car, the fuel pump works :D . i have not started the car since i will need to hook up the emanage. i'll also need the valve cover, turbo intake tube, intercooler pipes, slim fans. i have taken some pics, just looking for the digi cam's cable to load it up.

will this injector work in my suzuki forenza 05 d-tec 2.0 16v doch. are they good or they suck. http://www.importperformanceparts.net/imports/accelfuelinj-low.html sorry to burst the bubble but NO . :( you need HIGH IMPENDENCE injectors. if i am not wrong, most daewoos use high inpendence injectors...
