Hi all Been a Looooooonnnnnng time since i posted. I got the C18SEL all built up, made a plan with an aircon bracket to bolt the Woo power steering pump to, and another bracket to set the Woo alternator up for adjustment on the big block. The locals vendors want silly money for the 2 liter motors - and seeing that the 1800 can be bored out to 2 litres, it made sense when i could get the first motor so cheap - false economy in the end

Dam, got a phone call from the engineers, obviously the previous owner of the C18SEL didn;t believe in running antifreeze, so when they gave the block a light skim, the rust on the waterways broke though the gasket line. So instead of trying to weld up the block and maybe warping it, i have sourced ...

Dam sorry Hannes, and the TD04 was completely rebuilt by turbo exchange for me at a cost of R4500 IIRC less than 15k ago.
