The cheaper method would be the digital flasher if they have one for your car.

A load resistor is needed for each signal bulb, they go for around $5 each, the flasher unit is around $13. There might be other solutions but this seems reasonable to me.

Good guess.
These guys have both a load resistor kit and electronic flashers. Probably either would solve the problem. Haven't done it yet but makes sense.

short ram gets air from within engine bay, cold air intake gets it from outside engine bay(fender well for instance)
